These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the NONSTOPNARS Gift Dispenser campaign by Shiseido Travel Retail Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (referred to herein as “Shiseido” or “we” or “us” or “our”). By participating in the NONSTOPNARS Gift Dispenser campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1 The NARS samples (“Samples”) and/or Gift with Purchase (“GWP”) are provided free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last within a relevant promotional period (“Promotional Period”).
1.2 Participation in the redemption of Samples and/or GWP is via the NARS WeChat mini program.
1.3 We do not and do not intend to, transact through our NARS WeChat mini-program directly with anyone whom we know to be under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you should not register for or access the NARS WeChat mini-program, or otherwise participate in the NONSTOPNARS Gift Dispenser campaign. By participating in the NONSTOPNARS Gift Dispenser campaign, you declare and confirm that you are over the age of 18.
You will need to present each city’s unlocked coupon (accessible via the NARS WeChat mini program) at the collection point(s) in that city within the Promotional Period in order to redeem the Sample and/or GWP. Each person is entitled to participate in the redemption only once in each city.
1.4 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse redemption by any person without obligation to disclose any reason(s) for doing so.
1.5 We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate the NONSTOPNARS Gift Dispenser campaign at any stage and at any time, if deemed necessary in our sole and absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any party.
2.1 While we will make every effort to ensure sufficient stocks of the Samples and/or GWP are available for redemption, reference to the Samples and/or GWP on the NARS WeChat mini-program does not imply or warrant that such products will be available for redemption at the collection points throughout the Promotional Period.
2.2 The NONSTOPNARS Gift Dispenser campaign will cease once stocks of the Samples and/or GWP have been fully redeemed, or upon the expiry of the Promotional Period, whichever is earlier.
2.3 We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw or alter the Samples and/or GWP offered for redemption with or without notice.
3.1 The Samples and/or GWP provided are strictly intended for personal use only. You may not trade, sell or resell the Samples and/or GWP redeemed.
3.2 We hereby expressly reserve the right, with or without notice, to refuse redemption by any person whom we believe, in our sole and absolute discretion, may violate these Terms and Conditions.
4.1 All Samples and/or GWP have been checked to ensure that they are in good condition prior to redemption and are not exchangeable once redeemed.
4.2 The Samples and/or GWP are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other items, whether in full or in part, and are not replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen.
5.1 Necessary steps and measures are taken for sanitisation of the collection points and related equipment, but your participation in the redemption of the Samples and/or GWP does not obligate us to assume any responsibility for any consequence, including any adverse reaction arising whether directly or indirectly from such participation.
5.2 We do not assume any responsibility for any consequence, including any adverse reaction arising whether directly or indirectly from the use of the Samples and/or GWP by any individual.
5.3 You agree to indemnify and hold Shiseido and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities (including statutory liability and liability to third parties), penalties and costs (including, without limitation, legal costs on a full indemnity basis), awards, losses and/or expenses, arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms and Conditions or use of the Samples and/or GWP provided.
7.1 We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion.
8.1 These Terms and Conditions, as well as all matters relating to these Terms and Conditions, shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
8.2 In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, our decision will be final and you agree to be bound thereby.
